Description
Padres Comprometidos es un programa gratis abierto a cualquier padre de estudiante en las escuelas secundarias que orienta padres a los siguientes temas por medio de talleres presenciales y virtuales:
Derechos legales de estudiantes en el sistema escolar
Requisitos académicos de la escuela secundaria
Caminos de educación post secundaria y las admisiones universitarias
Ayuda financiera y becas para estudiantes
Salud Mental
Padres Comprometidos is a free program open to parents/caregivers of any high school students, which orients parents on the following topics through in person and virtual sessions:
Students' and families' legal rights at school
High school academic and graudation requirements
Postsecondary pathways and college admissions
Financial aid and scholarships for students
Mental Health
Our mission is to build bridges that support successful paths for Latine youth, and our vision is to uplift the next generation of Latine leaders.
